As a common saying is, "Health is wealth", it is an evergreen formula of happy life.

Healthy people are prerequisite for economic and social development because building nation on weak foundations is hard. If you are healthy it means you can enjoy, pray, attend meetings and work hard for more money etc.

Here are 9 ways that must be followed in order to move toward healthy life.

1-Exercise daily !
One of the most precious tip to remain healthy. Start your day early, by getting up early means, early start of daily routine life without any tension of getting late. Make it your daily practice, to get up early and move out for a walk and exercise in fresh air. Walk or run at least for 1 mile in cool breeze, inhale fresh air oxygen, it will make yourself active, attentive all the day and improve your body's strength. Take a glass of water and an apple, water will make your skin healthy and apple will provide you energy as well as make yourself hunger for the breakfast.

2-Eat Low Fatty Foods !
Reduce fatty and fried foods as they only increase fats, block blood circulation and moves to obesity. Using dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream with low fat versions. Limit the intake of Nuts, sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces. Purchase fat free products during grocery shopping. Low fat intake will make you smart and attentive all the day. Nowadays fast foods had made life easier but they only increase fats and belly, take in everything but in a limit to remain healthy.

3-Healthy Diet !
Diet is something we take all the day for our survival, health largely depends upon the kind of food we take in our daily life. It is utmost necessary to take balance diet in a day that contains all minerals, vitamins, proteins, iron, calcium and carbohydrates. So a proper care is most necessary, what to take in breakfast, brunch, meal and in dinner? So must take two glass of milk, half boil egg at least one in a day and fresh fruits to remain healthy.

4-Leave the habit of smoking and drinking !
Smoking and drinking are just as to blow money in the air and causing a great loss to health. Smoking and wine sucks your blood, lungs and create heart problems because of nicotine, but if your are smoking to reduce stress it is unfair for heath. One cigarette reduce your life span daily, nowadays many countries are imposing huge taxes on cigarette companies to reduce its use. Use the resources on the right way to health what you are wasting on drinking and smoking.

5-Free yourself from Stress !
Free yourself, light your burden, it will help you a lot. Pay your attention to what you are doing, don't think about your family tensions and problems in the office, it will ease you a lot. If your mind is stress free then you will groom well. If ever get stressed, spend your time on your favorite habits daily, watch TV shows, funny movies, gossip with friends, walk on the beach, have yoga or play with your pet to relief your mind. Because tension free mind moves to healthy life.

6-Regular Checkup !
It is most important that how much you care about your body and consult with a doctor. At least one whole body checkup in a month is necessary. Check your teeth, eye sight, hearing power and diagnose if any disorder you are feeling in your body and consult with your physician. Our body is same as a motor bike if you don't tune it once in a month it will lose its efficiency. And also take a regular bath to keep yourself clean, because dirty places are germs habitat.

7-Be Positive to your life !
Always think positive in life don't get jealous from one another because jealousy will suck your blood. Always look at the positive and brighter side of the situation. A body can never get healthy if it quarrel with inner mind. Health cannot flourish with negative ideas in mind, if you want to compete then compete positively, not to turn the other person's ego down and also try to reduce your rage.
8- Care yourself !
Take a shower daily, it will feel you fresh and clean. Neat and clean body has less attraction towards germs and people also love cleanness. Paste your teeth twice a day, wear neat dresses and cut your nails properly to resist viruses. While driving a car use seat belt to avoid any disabilities during accidents. No one will care you, until you haven't changed your attitude towards life.

9-Don't get Polluted !
Protect yourself from Smokey environment, pollution of traffic, fire and dust not only enters your mouth, eyes and lungs but they also effect your health and cause allergic problems. So use face mask while passing highly traffic areas to avoid smoke. Exercise in fresh air or in a room when air is normal. No doubt health also depends upon the environment in which you live but care must be necessary to pass healthy life, that is the reason rural peoples are more healthy than urban peoples.


Remember that, if you had build your body today it will help you to fight against diseases in old age, but in short must take care of your daily diet.
