Stay Cool, Build Patience

"Their is no difference between a person filled with anger and a bull in the play ground". Anger sucks our blood as a leach, so stay cool and judge the situation by your full attention to take correct decision. Many of our problems arises when we doesn't consult, take immediate decision without going deep into subject matters. Therefore the lesser the time we take, more will be the chances of reaction and explosion.

Anger is something that control our senses and insist ourselves for physical actions anger may increase with an empty stomach, so if you want to check someone patience, try him/her when h/she is hungry. Sometimes we get angry if someone tells lie, produce false statement about us or something doesn't come true according to our desires or get much time to complete a mission etc.

We need patience at each and every step of our life, e.g.

  • Employee needs it to hear their boss.

  • Student needs it to hear teacher.

  • Businessman needs it where to invest.

  • Wrestler needs it how to bring down the opponent under his knees.

  • Husband needs to hear his wife's new crispy desires.

According to greatest Muslim emperors "Patience is the weapon from which you can conquer the whole world". It is no doubt that time is too precious in this modern age but to live smooth we must build patience in ourselves, because you doesn't know which path has been selected by your fate.

Stock exchange experts studied that those investors who spend three to five years after buying shares are more profitable then those who bought and sold after 6 months. Its all the matter of patience that moves toward the proper use of time and money. Jews said, "Take your full time enjoy and laugh when you have indefinite time".

How to build patience

Chill yourself, let others to burn out with anger then come close together, advise him/her to stay cool and then solve the problem. Here are some ways to remain cool throughout the whole life.

Don't use drugs

Be aware don't use cigarettes or any type of drugs to relax your mind. These type of drugs has too many side effects that appears as one moves to old age, these drugs contain nicotine, alcohol and caffeine that are harmful for health. Best way to remain cool is to take a glass of cold water or to take a long shower.

Move to healthy place

Change in the life is necessary, too much busy life make oneself bored and stressed. Nowadays man is as busy as a donkey. Give proper time to your family, go for outing to change your environment, it will not only keep your mind healthy but makes other close to you.

Empty your brain

Clean your brain from any ideas whether the ideas are about office work or family matters. Take yoga or other type of healthy exercises, at the night time after going to bed free your mind and close the door for any type of ideas, you will feel relax.

Try to smile

Try to smile with your friends, family and even with your staff members to refresh your mind. If you get nothing to smile then recall your school or college memories to laugh, as I remembered once in my school days, when I was about 7, I throw the note book of my fellow boy towards the ceiling fan, and the whole class was filled with pages, first I get scared but then I starts clapping with my friend.

Fresh ideas

Think positive and free yourself so that fresh and new ideas came into your mind. If you don't get high grades or your company shows less profit then prior year, it means you need more hard work and planning to get success, don't disappoint, perform well and leave the result on God. Believe in God, you will remain cool.

Admit your mistakes

Breath deeply, admit your mistakes, it will build self courage and determination, no doubt truth is bitter but you have to swallow it, the key point to get relax at that time is to make promise, not to repeat it again.

Be confident

Always be confident and believe on your ideas. If you believe on your abilities it will add much to your patience and you will remain cool, because you know you are right.

In short patience is the true spirit, ability and it is a kind of behavior that how you react with others, once acquired, it is a gift that helps you to pass through anything.
